The best thing about the year 2021 was that it wasn’t 2020. Looking back at it, 2021 gave us various opportunities to reinforce and apply the learnings from the preceding year.
We ventured into new technological landscapes that helped us to explore new horizons. With a constant flow of human resources into Appiness, we had some very talented individuals join our team and projects like Hammock Holidays and Flexibees let us take a moment and continue to innovate with the same vigour as when we started appiness.
Collaboration was at an all-time high with a majority of our team working from home and the clients being in constant touch with us, to perfect their products. We moved our complete project management function to a new platform in Jira and streamlined the technical training to provide more benefits to the team.

While 2020 made us feel low with the lockdown and the Work From Home, we started 2021 with a bang with the Team Dinners at 1522. What better way to move forward than with good food and drinks?
Appiness Vaccination Drive - May 2021
Appiness made a pioneering move on May 27, 2021, by being one of the firsts in arranging a vaccination drive at work, not just for all employees but also their friends and family. Here’s a throwback to the drive and the experience that the Appy Family had.
5 years at Appiness!

Back to Base - Office Reopens on November 8, 2021
While we have been away for too long, we finally reopened in November and it was so good to be back! There was so much to catch up on and so many celebrations (and parties) that have been pending. The team was slowly getting back to base so we thought, what better way to give them a warm welcome than a Diwali Celebration. We also had a logo designing contest among our talented designers and had the Award Ceremony with lunch for all!

With the team back on the floor, Christmas was the perfect time to party in true Appiness style, well, after ages! With an amazing guest performance by stand-up comedian, Anmol Garg, the evening was filled with performances, quizzes, cake, food & drinks!
